“The fields are already ripe for harvest…”
“The harvesters are paid good wages, and the fruit they harvest is people brought to eternal life.”
Simply stated, evangelism is sharing God's love with others. When Christ saves us, He gives our lives purpose and meaning. ‘Who am I?' and ‘Why am I here?' are no longer mysteries to be contemplated in hopelessness and despair. We have the Answer, and we have been commissioned to share Him with the world, one person at a time. All of His children are called to go and make disciples, and we obey, not out of duty, but as a response of love and a tribute to what Christ has done for us. The best thing is that, wherever we share the Good News, we're never alone. The Holy Spirit is with us, giving us the words and the boldness necessary for the task. What's more, our efforts are multiplied as we join together, brothers and sisters supporting each other as we spread His love ‘to the ends of the earth.' Come, join us in sowing seeds of faith, sharing ‘the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.’
